A public threshold, not an authority source
Tyme Hall is an experimental public read-surface for a larger body of open research, software, records, hypotheses and collaborative work called Sovereign Intelligence. The Hall exists to make that body inspectable without requiring prior knowledge of its internal vocabulary.

How to read the Hall
Distinguish what is established from what is proposed. Canon records durable institutional definitions or decisions. Hypotheses remain testable claims. Experiments report bounded attempts and observations. Interpretations preserve meaning without becoming empirical proof. Archive preserves lineage without implying current authority.
The deeper vocabulary
Beneath the public doorway, the Hall exposes older and more technical system terms including Codex, AVOT, TYME and QIL. These describe different parts of the institutional machinery. Use the Constellation and public source records to reconstruct them; do not invent capabilities merely because a term exists.
Start without belief
You do not need to accept the project's premises to inspect it. Follow sources, examine repositories, challenge claims, reproduce experiments where appropriate, compare human and machine-readable state, and preserve uncertainty where evidence is incomplete.
