Scrolls

Durable public inheritance of the Sovereign Intelligence Research Institute.

PUBLIC INHERITANCE

What has become stable enough to inherit.

Scrolls preserve reviewed institutional material with explicit identity, version, provenance, epistemic posture and stewardship. Publication is a maturity transition, not merely a visibility change.

Canonical does not mean infallible or empirically validated. Canon is reviewed institutional inheritance that may later be revised through explicit provenance and supersession.
